Introduction

• Adapter sleeve is used to fix self-aligning bearing with taper bore (self-aligning ball bearing,self-aligning roller bearing) on shaft with no- shaft shoulder.Its structure is simple and working is reliable.The exchange of bearing is convenient.It is widely used in spinning and weaving,light industry、papermaking metallurgy、belt transmission、transportation device and so on.
• Adapter sleeve is formed by several parts such as adapter bushing,locking nuts,locking washer (or locking block) and so on.Adapter sleeve with nuts and locking washer can only be changed in whole unit.Parts from different source can not interchanged.(adopt equivalently ISO113/1 or DIN5415) shaft matching with adapter sleeve has larger diameter tolerance.It can choose h7,h8,h9.
